For Full Management Services: A negotiable percentage based on gross collected rents.(Any additional services such as overseeing remodels, claims, etc will be negotiated prior to work to be done.
For a one time placement: A flat fee is charged based on monthly rent.
Tired of dealing with the hassle of rent collection? Residents have the option of making their rent payments online by ACH or credit card. Likewise, payments to you each month are electronically transferred directly to your bank account should you prefer that instead of printed checks.
Our owners have access to an online portal that will allow you to pull a copy of the lease, invoices attached to your account and any owner statement that you might be missing from your files.
We create beautiful and descriptive property advertisements and post these online with the top rental sites including Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, HotPads and many more. With such a broad reach we are able to rent your property quickly.
Our move-in and move-out inspection process is designed to protect your property with video and pictures. In addition, once every year, we will perform an interior safety & maintenance inspection so that we can detect problems before they get out of hand. Our goal is to protect your investment.
We accept and respond to maintenance requests online and by phone and text. We work with various vendors in the community to make sure any repair can be handled quickly and effectively.
Dealing with fair housing laws, local ordinances and tenant/owner laws is probably not your specialty but it′s what we do on a daily basis. When you work with our team we help you navigate these legal waters from start to finish.
We provide monthly statements for our owners that details all monies in and all monies out. This includes copies of any invoices paid, rent, owner distributions, taxes and insurance.
